I liked the room The most, was small but very cozy and the bathroom was clean
The free breakfast situation was confusing I ddnt know if they'd bring it or I had to get it myself and ended up without breakfast

Nice bed, brought us paper plates and silverware on request. Nice neighborhood and park nearby.

Very quiet hotel at night (I was there mid week). Comfy bed, very clean. Toiletries supplied in the bathroom. Just a café for breakfast so I could buy what I wanted - I didn't have to spend a lot of money for a big breakfast I can't eat, I could just buy a coffee and a scone. They let me show myself to my room.The shuttle to the airport was great. Staff were all really friendly. I felt safe staying in this hotel as a woman on my own.
They could have sent me some information in advance on how to get the shuttle on arrival at JFK. I contacted them through Booked.net a couple of times and didn't hear back. But it was fine after I called them when I got to the airport. The driver gave everyone an icy cold bottle of water which was very welcome.

Beds comfortable, staff friendly, helpful, and efficient

They did not serve lunch at 2p.m. Saturday nor at 12:30 p.m on Sunday, even though the "restaurant menu" said lunch from 11 am until 04:00 pm.

Staff was very helpful. Very clean room and conveniently located to airport.

The bed was very plush and the bathroom was cute.
The tv was small.

I like the room, it was clean and comfortable.
I just did not like the food and it was too expensive.
